Semi Automatic Machines

Medium volume requirements in component production have been met by the development of our hydraulic semi-automatic machines. Both of these use the same established shearing technique, electrically-hydraulically driven.
The start of the shearing cycle can be actuated by means of a contact switch. A precision length stop system, whether analogous or digital, guarantees consistently tight length tolerances.

A faultless, trouble-free production cycle also gives rise to ease of maintenance and quick changeover time for all our semi-automatic models.

With the models AMH 2/3/4 (hydraulics) diameters up to 30 mm can be cut-off.
