Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine

Fully automatic hydraulically-operated Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine, for the straightening and cutting to length of wire (up to 6 mm diameter) and wire rope (up to 8 mm diameter) from coil or reel.

The material is fed into the machine via 2 pairs of rollers.

The cut-off length and number of cut-offs are programmed electronically using a pre-selection counter.

When the pre-set length has been reached the material feed is stopped and the shearing action takes place.

Tolerance on length is ± 0,3 mm
