Bar Shears manually operated
For more than 50 years our bar shears have used with the greatest of success in the most diverse types of production and industry. Continues development and the use of the finest materials have made this range of hand-operated machines become indispensable production equipment.
Whether using round or profiled material, ferrous or nonferrous metals, the cut is always burr-free and can be kept to the tightest length tolerances. Moreover, there is never any loss of material. Operation is simplicity itself, and can be achieved with minimum pressure.
The Bar Shears of the types BS 1 and BS 2 are excellent suitable for one-off and small serial production in diameter range up to 16 mm.

Shear Dies
The Shear Dies have a long life-time and can often be re-ground.
Standard apertures are for bright material in accordance with DIN 668.
Special apertures for irregular diameters and profile cross section are also available.
